The Ministry of the Interior, with Directive of the 30^thof July 2010, approved the general objectives and priority programs for the management of the UNRRA 2010 Fund (United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration ) together with the evaluation criteria for the allocation of funds. 

The financial allocation for 2010 amounts to 4 million euros (3 million euros for projects submitted by public bodies and 1 million euros for projects submitted by private bodies with legal status). 

The directive has ordered that the funds for the 2010 annual UNRRA are intended for people in need, with particular attention to minors, the elderly and disabled, for:

- projects for the delivery of services;

- projects to upgrade existing services;

- procurement of goods relating to social welfare services. 

Project proposals must be sent only by registered mail with return receipt within the 30^thof September 2010, to the Prefecture Territorial Office of the Provincial Government in whose territory it is intended to implement the project.
